BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On November 18, 2021 at approximately 7:04 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of N. Stricker Street for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located a 13 year-girl who was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where she was pronounced deceased a short time later.
