The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person William Richburg. Mr. Richburg was last seen by neighbors on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at approximately 6:45 pm, at his residence, 20XX Indiana Street.
Mr. Richburg is 60-year-old, 6’4, approximately 160 pounds thin build, with brown eyes, sandy brown hair.
