The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Nevaeh Howard. She was last seen at 12:00 P.M., on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, on the 58XX block of Walnut Street.
She is 5’5″, 182 lbs., medium build, brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a black sweater, tan pants, black UGG boots and blue book bag.
