The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 66-year-old Missing Person Charles Gaines. He was last seen at 9:00 A.M., on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, on the 52XX block of Old York Road.
He is 5’7″, 130 lbs., thin build, brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat, tan pants and white sneakers.
