30-year-old man found shot, dead in vehicle

PENN HILLS, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to a request for assistance in Penn Hills.At approximately 10:42 pm on November 20, County 9-1-1 was notified of a shooting in the 1100 block of Frankstown Road. First responders found a 30-year-old male victim shot inside a vehicle. The victim was pronounced deceased on scene. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
