The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Samara Wilson. She was last seen at 9:15 A.M., on Thursday, November 25th, 2021, on the 4XX block of Locust Street.
She is 4’4″, 98 lbs., thin build, brown eyes and brown hair mid shoulder length. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and black tights.
