The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Joel Groce. Joel was last seen at his residence 69XX East Winster Street on Thanksgiving Day at approximately 9 am.
Joel is 65-years old, 5’06”, 130 lbs, with brown eyes and short partial gray hair; he was last seen wearing a red sweater, blue jeans, light blue hat.
