The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Sabira Aliyeva. She was last seen at 2:00 A.M., on Saturday, November 6th, 2021, on the 111XX block of Greiner Road.
She is 5’0″, 100 lbs., thin build, black eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a puffy blue jacket and blue jeans.
