The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Earl Rowland. Mr. Rowland was last seen on the 66xx N 17th Street on December 2, 2021, at approximately 1:00 pm. Mr. Rowland is known to frequent the CVS at 66th and Broad Street.
Mr. Rowland is 79 years-of-age, 6’0″, 138 lbs., thin, light brown complexion, brown eyes, gray hair wearing blue jeans and was last seen driving a light blue 2006 Kia Sedona.
