PHILADELPHIA, PA – On November 28, 2021, at 4:56 am, an unknown black male gained entry to the complainant’s residence located on the 12xx block of Locust Street by picking the lock to the front door. Once inside surveillance video depicts the suspect making multiple trips to the basement and taking several bicycles, clothing and electronics.
