Suspects sought in Philadelphia’s Sunday night double homicide

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in the identification of this vehicle and its occupants that were involved in a triple shooting/double homicide.

On Sunday, December 5th, 2021, at approximately 4:26 am, 25th District Officers responded to a radio call report of a “Person with a Gun” at 32xx N. Front Street. Upon arriving, officers located three shooting victims. Victim #1, a 22-year-old-male, suffering from multiple gunshot was pronounced at 4:44am. Victim #2, a 22-year-old-male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds was later pronounced at 4:50 am. Victim #3, a 21-year-old-male, suffering from gunshot wounds to his face, stomach, and back was admitted in critical but stable condition. All of the victims were transported to Temple University Hospital.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the victims were standing on the pavement in the 32xx block of North Front Street when a dark green SUV that was parked on the southeast corner of Front & Allegheny proceeded north on Front Street at 4:23 am with no headlights and approached victims when the shooter fires from the passenger rear seat striking the three victims.
