Brazen Baltimore smash and grab as suspects drove van through window to steal ATM

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police are searching for two suspects who drove their van through the front wall of an Exxon Tiger Mart in order to steal an ATM. The smash and grab left gas station owner Apurva Patel with major damage to his business and a stolen ATM full of cash.

The incident happened at 3:00 am on Wednesday as the two suspects committed the heist in a stolen work van.

“There’s nothing else we can do,” Patel said of the hopelessness of the situation.
