The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Missing Person Frank Olevsky. He was last seen on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, at 1:00 P.M., on the 6100 block of Lancaster Ave.
He is 6’2″. 320lbs, light complexion, hazel eyes, black hair. No clothing description given.
