The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 31-year-old Endangered Missing Person Quadir Hurtt. He was last seen at 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, at Oxford Valley Mall.
He is 5’8″, 150 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, black hair and tattoos on both arms. He was last seen wearing a blue sweat suit, gray Reebox winter jacket, and white Nike sneakers.
