CUTLER, OHIO – Elisha Carney of Cutler won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Explosion Cashword.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Carney will receive $14,400.

She purchased her winning ticket at Hickory Grove Country Market, located at 5525 State Route 339 in Vincent.
