HIGHLANDS, NJ – Highlands police are searching for Mr. and Mrs. Grinch, a couple who went out of their way to damage the CHristmas light display at the borough recreation center.
“We are seeking public assistance with identifying the individuals seen in this video damaging holiday decorations at the recreation center. This incident occurred 12/17/2021 at 10:16 pm,” If they are going to have any chance at not getting a stocking full of coal this year they need to be held accountable for their actions.
