The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 84-year-old Missing Person Kenneth Blackwell. He was last seen on Sunday, December 19th, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., on the 65xx block of N. 18th St.
Kenneth is 6’ 1”, 135 lbs., thin build, medium grey to white hair, brown eyes, medium brown complexion, with a scar on his chest and was last seen wearing a brown leather jacket.
