Three shot, one dead in Lanham shooting

LANHAM, MD – Police responded to the 9900 block of Good Luck Road in Lanham on Monday in response to a shooting.

At approximately 4:00 pm, officers responded there to a shooting. An adult male was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time later. Two additional adult males were also shot with critical injuries. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances and identify a suspect.

Police said one victim received a gunshot wound to the head. A 20-year-old was shot up to 8 times and a third victim was deceased.
