The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Person Evelyn Duckett. Ms. Duckett was last seen on the 39xx block of Folsom St on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at 1:05 pm.
Ms. Duckett is 89 years-of-age, 5’3″, 120 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a tan head scarf, black leather jacket, khaki pants, white sneakers and walks with a cane at a slow pace.
