Driver arrested for DUI after officers spot suspicious vehicle in Lacey Historical Society parking lot

LACEY TWP, NJ – On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 11:01 a.m., Officers Michael Hyle and Michael Hein responded to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Lacey Historical Society.  Officers discovered the driver, William Greene-Vonglahn, 26, unresponsive in the driver’s seat.  Once William was alert, officers deemed him under the influence placing him under arrest.  During a search incident to his arrest, Vonglahn was found in possession of heroin.  Vonglahn was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, DWI, Reckless Driving, and Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle.  He was released on his own recognizance in accordance with bail reform.
