The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 24-year-old Endangered Missing Person Anyssa Queen Elmanfaa. She was last seen at 6:30 P.M., on Sunday, January 2, 2022, on the 17xx block of S Hicks Street.
She is 5’03”, 160 lbs., wearing a black turtleneck sweater and a Black skirt.
