The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Juvenile Yazmeen Smith. Yazmeen was last seen on the 54xx Lena St on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Yazmeen is 16 years-of-age, wearing a black Nike Hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black/white Nike sneakers and has a tattoo of a rose on her left ring finger.
