The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Person Maxine Morris. Maxine was last seen on the 4xx block of Locust Street on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 10:00 am.
Maxine is 18 years-of-age, 5”6”, 140lbs, thin build, brown eyes and orange hair.
