NEWARK, NJ – Anthony Scaramucci, the former White House communications director under the administration of President Donald J. Trump was a victim of New Jersey’s growing car theft problem. Thieves from North Jersey have been caught traveling around the state, stealing cars, then dumping their stolen vehicles in the City of Newark.

“Newark Public Safety Director Brian O’Hara congratulates Captain W. Wilson and members of the Criminal Intelligence Unit for tracking down and recovering the stolen vehicle of former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci,” the Newar Police Department said.

The vehicle was stolen in Paramus. Director O’Hara picked up Scaramucci to reunite him with his vehicle.

Scaramucci worked as Trump’s communications for just 10 days before he was fired for leaking information to the media. He has since been an adversary against Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign aspirations.
