Cleo matched the winning numbers of 2-3-6-1-2 straight in the Pick 5 evening drawing on January 14, 2022.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Cleo will receive $36,000.
Cleo purchased his winning ticket at GM Food Mart, located at 526 N Detroit Ave in Toledo.
