The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 40-year-old Missing Person Kalaya Gillyard. She was last seen at 8:00 P.M., on Saturday, January 1st, 2022, on the 64xx block of Elmwood Avenue.
She is 5’4″, 125.lbs, brown eyes and brown hair.
