PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 77-year-old Endangered Missing Person Albertha Newborn. She was last seen at 12:00 P.M., on Friday, January 21st, 2022, at 21st and Spring Garden Street.
She is 4’9″, 125 lbs., brown eyes and black -partially gray hair. She was last seen wearing a black coat and gray pants.
