The Philadelphia Police need the public’s assistance locating Missing Person Valencia Diaz. Valencia, who resides at 70XX Old York Road, was last seen by her sister on 12/31/21 at 6:00 pm when she left for a New Year’s Eve party with a friend in the area of B St & Allegheny.
Valencia is a 20-year-old 5’02, 146 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair; it is unknown what she was wearing last.
