PATERSON, NJ – Police in Paterson are investigating a shooting in the area of Summer Street and Cedar Street. Residents are advised to avoid the area. The shooting was reported at approximately 7 pm Sunday evening. No further details have been made available.
“There’s an active shooting investigation taking place in the area of Summer and Cedar Streets. Please avoid this area while the investigation takes place,” the Paterson Police Ceasefire Unit said tonight in a statement.
