Baltimore Police Make Arrest in Fatal Shooting of 43-Year-Old Man

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – In reference to the homicide of 43-year-old James Blue 3rd, that occurred on January 25, 2022, in the 1400 block of Walker Avenue, detectives have arrested 18-year-old Sahiou Kargbo, of Baltimore.

Investigators transported Kargbo to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.

On January 25, 2022, at approximately 2:43 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of Walker Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located an unidentified black male victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Medic transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased shortly after by hospital staff.
