Police investigating shooting of Rite Aid loss prevention officer in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On February 1st, 2022, at approximately 8:50 pm the complainant, a loss prevention officer for the Rite Aid located at 1528 N. Broad Street, was shot in the foot by an unknown male offender after a verbal dispute inside of the Rite Aid. The male offender arrived with an unknown black female and were operating a gold or silver SUV.
