Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Juvenile Tyler Ricks-Young. Tyler was last seen on the 17xx block of Douton Avenue on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at approximately 5:30 AM.
Tyler is 14-years-of-age, 6’1” 160lbs, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, blue shirt, khaki pants and backpack.
