Three Shot in Southern Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On February 12, 2022, at approximately 1:32 a.m., Southern District patrol officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of 5th Street to investigate a reported shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they observed a 38-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg and a 25-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot. The victims were transported to area hospitals by ambulance.

Minutes later, a third victim was dropped off at an area hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. The third victim was rushed to treatment by medical personnel and has yet to be identified.

Southern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
