Dallas police investigating Churchill Way Murder

DALLAS, TX – On February 16, 2022, at approximately 10:33 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 7900 block of Churchill Way.  Upon arrival, they discovered the victim, Anthony Hobbs, a 25-year-old Black male, in the parking lot suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  Dallas Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The suspects involved in this offense were two Black males who fled the scene in a small dark-colored sedan, possibly a Honda Civic.  After shooting the victim, the suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.  It is believed that the motive was a robbery.
