18 Year-Old Shot to Death in Columbus, Becomes City’s 14th Homicide This Year

COLUMBUS, OHIO – On February 18, 2022 at 10:16pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 2400 block of E. Dublin-Granville Rd. on the report of a shooting.

Officers arrived at scene and found the victim, 18-year-old Marshawn Davis, suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers and witnesses provided aid to Davis until Columbus Fire Medics arrived at scene. Despite their efforts, the victim succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased at 10:25pm.
