Laredo Sector Border Patrol Agents shuts down stash house

LAREDO, Texas – Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents discovered a stash house apprehending several undocumented individuals in central Laredo, Texas.

The incident occurred on Feb. 24, when agents along with Webb County Constables Office Precinct 2 acted on information of suspicious activity at a residence on Coke Street.  Agents discovered 14 undocumented individuals inside the residence.  They were identified as being from the countries of Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico.  All were medically screened before being processed accordingly.

Stash houses are a threat to national security and a threat to the people in our communities not only due to the criminal activity they are linked to but also because of the lack of sanitary conditions which can foster a breeding ground for illnesses or other communicable diseases.
