Pass Go and Collect $50,000 as One Prince George Man Wins Monopoly Pay Day

COLLEGE PARK, MD – Inflation has its benefits and for one College Park man, that means passing go on the Monopoly board was more than $200.

The 65-year-old College Park resident bought his winning scratch-off at 7-Eleven #11667, which is located at 8900 Edmonston Road in College Park. His lucky Prince George’s County retailer earns a bonus of $500 from the Lottery for its role in the big sale, the Maryland Lottery Commission said in a statement.
