BUFFALO, NY – A 35-year-old Buffalo man is heading to prison for 15 years with an additional 15 years of post-release supervision according to Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn.

AG Flynn said 35-year-old Frankie M. Hancock of Buffalo was sentenced yesterday afternoon before State Supreme Court Justice Deborah A. Haendiges to a determinate sentence of 15 years in prison followed by 15 years of post-release supervision.

“The defendant admitted that he attempted to engage in two or more acts of sexual conduct with a victim who was less than 11-years-old between March 1, 2017, and February 1, 2019. During the same time period, the defendant admitted that he engaged in two or more acts of sexual conduct with a second victim who was also less than 11-years-old,” Flynn said.

A no-contact order of protection was issued on behalf of both victims, which remains in effect until 2044.
