San Francisco Police Investigates Leavenworth Street Homicide 22-035

On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at approximately 3:19 a.m., San Francisco Police Officers from Tenderloin Police Station responded to the 100 block of Leavenworth Street for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite the efforts of the first responders, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.  

This investigation is being led by the SFPD Homicide Detail.
