Traffic safety enforcement operation announced for Wall Township

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – In an effort to make the roadways safer in Wall Township, the police department has announced it will be deploying radar display speed units throughout the community on a weekly basis.

“In addition to high visibility speed and traffic enforcement details, our radar speed signs are a proactive measure to raise speed awareness for drivers,” the Wall Township Police Department said. “Our goal is to educate drivers in Wall Township with the visible radar signs, while supporting compliance with the posted speed limit with our enforcement efforts.”

“This week and throughout the weekend, we will be concentrating our efforts on Wall Church Rd, Sea Girt Ave, 17th Ave, Martin Rd, and Monmouth Blvd,” the department said. “High visibility patrols will enforce last week’s radar displays on Tilton’s Corner Road, Lakewood Road, Campbell Road, Waterview Way, and Marconi Road.”
