BROOKLYN, NY – A 13-year-old girl in Brooklyn was the victim of attempted kidnapping and the incident was caught on surveillance camera footage. Police in Brooklyn said the man pulled his car up behind the girl and exited his vehicle. He then approached the teen and tried to persuade her to enter his vehicle. The incident took place Sunday afternoon at 2:20 pm in the area of Pitkin Avenue.
