STATEN ISLAND, NY – New York City Police detectives in Staten Island are seeking to identify a male suspect who is alleged to have groped a young girl in the area of Harbor Road on Thursday, March 10th. Today, police released surveillance video that captured the suspect after the crime was committed. The NYPD said the unidentified male touched the 13-year-old girl’s private area over her clothing before fleeing.
