Homeless Outreach Program To Be Held In Linden

LINDEN, NJ – On Thursday, March 31st, from 11am – 1pm, a homeless outreach program will be held at the Linden multi-purpose Center, 1025 John Street. Those in need will be provided free of charge; meals, snacks, toiletries, clothing and other resources.

This program is hosted by Mayor Derek Armstead and the City of Linden, in conjunction with the Union County Department of Social Services, The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless, Greater Mount Moriah Baptist Church, and St. Mary’s Orthodox Church of India.

Clothing, meals, snacks, toiletries and other resources will be provided to those in need at no charge. Please contact the Mayor’s Office at (908) 474-8493 with any questions.
