Orthodox Jewish Man Attacked, Beaten in Brooklyn During Sabbath

BROOKLYN, NY – A group of black males attacked and beat an Orthodox Jewish man in Brooklyn in the area of 58 Gerry Street on Friday. The attack happed at 7:55 pm during the sabbath, a religious day of rest for religious Jews worldwide.

The New York City Police Department said the group of males approached their victim and, without warning or provocation, punched and kicked the man to the ground. The suspects fled the scene on foot but were captured on video by a nearby surveillance camera.
