Man Pulls Gun on Woman Who Caught Him Urinating on Her House

BUFFALO, NY – A man who was caught urinating on the home of a Buffalo woman pulled the gun on her and threatened her in front of her young children on Tuesday.

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn said 33-year-old Devin D. Brown of Concord, North Carolina was charged for public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing and criminal weapon possession.

“It is alleged that on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at approximately 6:44 p.m., the victim was sitting on the porch of a residence on Millicent Avenue in the City of Buffalo when she saw the defendant urinating on the side of the home,” Flynn said. “When the victim confronted the defendant, he allegedly pointed a gun while threatening the victim. It is further alleged that the defendant walked to his vehicle and pointed a second gun at the victim. The alleged incident occurred in the presence of three children.”

Buffalo Police responded to investigate the complaint and approached the defendant. Officers allegedly found a loaded, illegal handgun in the defendant’s pocket. Police also allegedly recovered a second illegal handgun that was on the backseat of the defendant’s vehicle.

“I am deeply disturbed by these allegations as well as the amount of bail set in this case. The defendant is accused of exposing himself, urinating on a home, then pointing an illegal gun at the victim twice – all in the presence of three children,” said District Attorney John Flynn. “This defendant lives out of state and I am concerned that he is a potential flight risk. We will be aggressively prosecuting this case and seeking an increase in bail.”
