San Francisco Police Investigate 24th and Potrero Homicide 22-052

On Thursday, April 7, 2022, at approximately 2:00 a.m., San Francisco Police officers from Mission Station responded to the area of 24th Street and Potrero Avenue regarding a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and located a 45-year-old male stabbing victim. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite the efforts of the first responders the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

This investigation is being led by the SFPD Homicide Detail.
