The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 69-year-old Missing Person Chetney Brown. He was last seen on Thursday, April 7, 2022, on the 73XX block of Theodore Street.
He is 5’8″, 130 lbs., brown eyes, gray hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, dark color hoody and blue sweatpants.
