Three Car Crash Closes Southard Avenue in Howell

HOWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Howell police officers and firefighters responded to the scene of a three-car crash on Southard Avenue that forced a temporary road closure. Police said injuries were minor and one person required extrication.

“Emergency personnel are on the scene of a 3 vehicle crash on Southard Avenue, just north of Rt. 524A. One person was extricated by members of the Farmingdale and Squankum Fire companies,” the Howell Police Department said. “Thankfully, injuries are minor. Please use an alternate route for the next hour while the roadway is cleared.”
