Newark Police Deliver Easter Joy to Local Children

NEWARK, NJ – Newark police officers visted children in the community to delivery Easter Joy. Third Precinct Captain Carvalho, along with Executive Officer Lieutenant C. Segarra, Community Service Officers J. Tavares and A. Hart, distributed Easter Baskets to neighborhood and school children.

Officers passed out several Easter Baskets to children in the Pennington Court Housing Complex and East Ward Elementary in observance of the Easter Holiday.

“We want to thank the Community residents and businesses for the generous sponsorship of the Easter Baskets,” Carvalho said.
