Woman Shot and Killed At Filmore Street Car Wash

PALMYRA, NJ – A 28-year-old woman was found dead after being shot Monday night in the parking lot of a self-service car wash in the first block of Filmore Street in Palmyra.

Officers made the discovery when they were called to the Hot Wet & Wax establishment at approximately 10:45 p.m. yesterday for a report of an unconscious female who was bleeding.

“Upon arrival, they discovered the body of Alicia Stilley of Cinnaminson on the ground near her vehicle. An autopsy will be performed today by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood,” police said. “The motive for the shooting is being investigated. No arrests have been made.”
